Reflection:
This is where i got perspective down correctly as i got more confidence using perspective and pastel. The paper itself gave me quite a headache as everytime i tried to blend with either my finger or blending stump the pastel would rub off which was quite infuriating. I thought the pastel paper i bought would be easier and it was to some degree, the paper itself absorbed the pastel quite well however i found two issues with it. One was that the pastel changed colour for some strange reason and the second was that due to the texture of the paper i ended up using an entire stick just to fill in the colour of the wood. The final issue i had was that when i went to spray the top piece with fixitive i ended up getting too close to the piece causing some dropplet effects onto the pastel, despite my hiccups i quite enjoyed this project and look forward to the next few projects as i am more confident in my abilities.
